Google Browser Sync for Firefox on Google Labs PDF Print E-mail
Thursday, 08 June 2006

If you haven't been to Google Labs yet, check it out. One of the newest lab items is a Firefox Extension called Google Browser Sync to, "Synchronize your browser settings across computers. Restore tabs and windows from your previous session" (Google).

Google Browser Sync

Goolge Browser Sync should help with keeping bookmarks synced. We'll see how it goes, but I am hoping it helps me in my freelance work, because I use Firefox for all my online research. Here is a screenshot of the Settings dialog available in Firefox after installing the extension.

All that is required is installation of the Firefox Extension, of course, and a Google account. I used my GMail account.

Visit Google Labs or Google Firefox Extensions.
